# My Fees

## Viewing Your Fee Status

Go to **My Fees** in the sidebar. The page shows your fee summary and full payment history.

## Summary Cards

At the top you will see:

| Card | Meaning |
|---|---|
| **Total Charged** | Total fees assigned to you across all months |
| **Total Paid** | How much you have paid so far |
| **Outstanding Balance** | Amount still owed |

If your outstanding balance is **zero**, you are fully paid up.

## Payment History

The table below the summary lists every payment recorded against your account:

| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Month / Period | Which month the payment covers |
| Amount Due | How much was owed for that period |
| Amount Paid | How much was actually paid |
| Status | Paid, Partial, or Unpaid |
| Date | When the payment was recorded |

## Partial Payments

If you paid less than the full amount for a month, the status will show **Partial** and the difference will be included in your outstanding balance.

## Questions About Your Fees

If you believe a payment is missing or an amount is wrong, contact the school accountant or admin. They can check and update your records.
